Mr. Howard’s expertise includes forensic inspections of thousands of residential, commercial and infrastructure over the previous 10 years. These inspections included assessments of structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical building aspects and systems. Prior to that time he was a Texas Department of Transportation (DOT) design engineer.
